Anjarle beach is very calm and clean compared to other beaches in Dapoli. This beautiful village is situated at a distance of 22 kms from Dapoli city. After passing through the bridge of Anjarle, we reach Anjarle Beach by the road leading to the left. Another feature of the coast of Anjarle is the presence of female Olive Ridley turtles that come here every year to lay their eggs. Many tourists come here to release the hatchlings of turtles into the sea every year. This beach is awe-inspiring with a variety of life forms like crabs, various marine life, birds and butterflies.
Anjarle village is situated at the foot of the hill. A road takes a detour near Harnai village and leads from the hilltop towards Anjarle village. On one side of the village there is a calm river bed and on the other side there is a sea playing with waves. All the beautiful Konkani houses in the village are situated in the lap of the coconut trees. In the dark bushes on the hills, there is a beautiful temple of Kadyavarcha Ganapati.
