Khed Taluka is a taluka in the Ratnagiri District in Maharashtra, India. Khed Taluka is one of the nine talukas of Ratnagiri. Dapoli, Mandangad, Guhagar, Chiplun, Sangameshwar, Lanja, Rajapur and Ratnagiri are other talukas of the district.
Khed Taluka is bordered by Dapoli, Mandangad, Chiplun talukas of Ratnagiri district and Mahad, Poladpur talukas of Raigad district. Khed Taluka has Khedjai Redjai Devi Temple, Kalkai Devi Temple Bharane, Rasalgad Fort.
