Mahalaxmi Salubai Temple, sitting on top of Mirjoli village near Chiplun city of Ratnagiri, is the most important temple in Maharashtra, India.

The temple of Shri Mahalaxmi Salubai dates back to about 500 years and is known as Jagrut Devasthan. The temple has recently been renovated. The residents of Mirjoli have built a elegant temple, surrounded by a highly picturesque surroundings and featuring an amazing example of sculpture.

The temple has two main sanctums. There is an idol of Mahalaxmi in one of the sanctum and the idol of Salubai in the other sanctum opposite to that sanctum.

According to legend, a part of Karveer Nivasini Shri Mahalaxmi Devi resides here. Shri Salubai Devi is the Kuldevi, the family deity of many.

The temple's design is distinctive, and the kalash and interior are of Kerala and Rajasthani style. The temple complex transforms into a pilgrimage during the Navratri celebration in the month of Ashwin.
