Datta Temple, Murud, Raigad

This Datta Temple is situated at peacefull place on top of a hill. It is a red-domed temple onstructed by Swami Bramhendra. The temple has a three-headed Idol of Shri Datta.

This Datta Temple is one of the oldest temples in Murud village. Temple has 500 steps. You can climb the steps or visit this temple by your own vehicle. You will also get a rickshaw from the auto stand to reach the temple. It is a place where you can enjoy the sunset. Enjoying the natural beauty in the calm atmosphere of this place is a great experience. Datta Jayanti is a big festival here.
